Michael's specialised focus area is addressing the nutritional needs of older people, through his extensive knowledge of residential food service, nutritional screening, dementia, oncology, neurology, diabetes and palliative care. He is passionate about prolonging quality of life through educating and empowering residents & facilitates to provide good choice / dignity and enjoyment at meal times.
Michael understands the challenges faced in catering to the widely varied needs and preferences of older Australians .
